About Michael Mangano

Michael J. Mangano earned a bachelor’s degree in business management at Southern Connecticut State University before embarking on a sales career with companies across the Northeast and in Chicago, Illinois. Most recently, he worked out of the Chicago offices of Dell Technologies, where he managed a group of 21 accounts in the health care and higher education fields. Michael J. Mangano also spent two years with Helomics as a cancer oncology specialist, interacting with a client base of gynecological oncologists.

Prior to moving to Illinois, Mr. Mangano led a team of three sales representatives responsible for over $6.2 million in business as a senior spine specialist for Globus Medical in Fairfield, Connecticut. He also served as a full-line sales representative for Zimmer New England, the largest distributor of Zimmer medical products in the country. He began his career in 2008 as an associate sales consultant for Synthes USA.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mangano has consistently met or exceeded sales quotas while demonstrating an ability to identify new markets, engage customers, and close new business opportunities. In addition to a range of business management skills, he has extensive experience in medical areas such as trauma, total joint reconstruction, and bariatric surgery.
